Academic Integrity
As published in the Graduate Catalog, all new doctoral students are required to enroll in the non-credit bearing course, Academic Integrity, GRAD 8990. This online course consists of an informative reading and a brief quiz. Students should allow a minimum of two hours to complete the module. Once a student passes the quiz, and at the end of the term, a grade of "N" (non-graded) will be recorded on their official UNC Charlotte transcript. Responsible Conduct of Research
UNC Charlotte is committed to ensuring that doctoral students understand their obligations as researchers. All first-year doctoral students are required to enroll in GRAD 8002 - Responsible Conduct of Research. This two-credit course prepares students for a range of research related issues.
