Badrul Chowdhury, professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering and a member of UNC Charlotte's graduate faculty, is the principal investigator for an EPIC project that was recently chosen one of 10 nationwide for support by the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO).
The project aim is to improve the resilience and reliability of the regional grid.
